Kaptiv8 Training Program


The Kaptiv8 Training Program is a Fresno-based youth development and digital equity initiative serving students in grades 7–12, with a focused commitment to Southwest Fresno and other underserved communities across Fresno County. Operated by Bridge Forward Technology, the program is anchored at the Technical Training Center in Downtown Fresno, providing a centralized hub for Training, technology access, and workforce-aligned skill development.

Kaptiv8 is designed to address critical gaps in internet access, training, and career exposure by combining free public access to high-speed internet with structured mentorship and hands-on learning. With the extended closure of the downtown Fresno library, the Technical Training Center may currently serve as the only consistent free public internet access point in downtown Fresno, positioning the program as an essential community resource.


Program Purpose

Kaptiv8 equips students with the tools, support, and skills needed to succeed in a rapidly evolving economy by focusing on:

Expanding equitable access to internet and technology

Providing consistent Training and leadership development

Delivering hands-on training in future-ready, AI-resilient skills

The program emphasizes skill areas that rely on human creativity, communication, and applied technical knowledge—ensuring participants are prepared for careers that are less vulnerable to automation.
