Supporting Our Seniors (SOS) is a hands-on digital literacy program operated by Bridge Forward Technology. We pair trained high school and college Digital Ambassadors with older adults for personalized technology coaching at our Technical Training Center in downtown Fresno.

Closing the Digital Gap for Fresno's Seniors
Digital exclusion among seniors impacts healthcare access, financial security, and independence. With the downtown public library closed for renovation, Bridge Forward Technology’s Technical Training Center is one of the only consistent, free internet access points in the downtown core.

A Practical, Mentor-Led Learning Experience
SOS pairs seniors with trained Digital Ambassadors for one-on-one or small-group coaching. Each session focuses on a real digital task seniors need to complete.
Cirriculum:
- Sending & managing emails
- Smartphone basics
- Scanning & using QR codes
- Registering for healthcare portals (MyChart, etc.)
- Completing DMV online Services
- Setting up digital wallets
